Day 4
(Sunday 7 th August):
The morning starts off with an Eco-challenge. Split into groups you have to use your orienteering skills to get around and work in teams to complete the challenge.

Day 5 (Monday 8 th August):
Today is the Big Games Challenge. Based losely on “It's a Knockout”, the group will be split into teams but this time each game is worth points, and points mean prizes. Building on the previous day's team-building, the Big Games Challenge will use props, and the event filmed, adding to the atmosphere and the competitive drive. All that exercise and adrenaline will be followed by a relaxed evening meal. After dinner, sit down and watch the day's games on the TV followed by the small award ceremony.

Day 6 (Tuesday 9 th August):
This is a relaxed day trip to the marine park amongst the islands to the south of Langkawi. Discover the coral ecosystem and go snorkelling to discover this rich underwater world. You will also see how man has impacted on this environment and discuss why this has come about and how best to avoid it in the future.

Day 7 (Wednesday 10 th August):
Depart for the mystical world of Borneo . Arrive Kuching, the capital of Sarawak at lunchtime. Spend the afternoon discovering Kuching town and see the remnants of British colonialism, and various outside influences which helped shape Kuching into the multicultural town it is today.

Day 8 (Thursday 11 th August):
Today we are going to the Matang Wildlife Centre to see the Orang-utans (literal translation is Man of the Jungle), hornbills, and even crocodiles! Take an easy trek into the jungle to discover a rainforest ecosystem and see the wildlife. The evening will be chilled, with an introduction to the next phase in our journey, the Pelagus Rainforest.

Day 9 (Friday 12 th August):
Depart Kuching in the morning and arrive in the inland town of Sibu where we will catch the ferry and boat deep into the heart of the lowland Pelagus Rainforest. Check into resort and settle in. In the evening find out more about the ex-headhunter tribes, the Iban, who used to chop their enemies' heads off, eat their brains and then smoke the skulls as proof of their skill in warfare. We won't be chopping heads off, but taking lifestyle classes in ratan weaving, traditional cooking, practice with a blowpipe and various craft making.

Day 10 (Saturday 13 th August):
Get to see how the Iban live by visiting one of their traditional longhouses along the mighty Rejang River . Find out more about local culture – and how it differs from life at home. Crafts take place in the longhouse itself so there will be a chance to buy some real tribal gifts from the people who make them from resources in the jungle. You will share supper with the tribespeople, exchanging stories and learning tribal dancing.

Day 11 (Sunday 14 th August):
Learn more about the Iban by going on a mock hunting expedition into the jungle. Hike during the day hike and see the flora and fauna of the rainforest on the way. In the afternoon, teams will build their shelters for the night and race against time before the afternoon rains come down. The evening will be spent around the camp fire, cooking the Iban way and discussing the Iban way of life and how it is changing in this modern era. Then it's bedtime, under the stars and the jungle canopy. Sweet dreams.

Day 12 (Monday 15 th August):
Wake up early and have a quick bite to eat before packing up and trekking back to the longhouse resort. Have lunch and relax the rest of the afternoon. That evening the Iban will say goodbye with a traditional dancing festival. Everyone is expected to join in!

Day 13 (Tuesday 16 th August):
Leave early the next day, take the ferry back to Sibu and fly to Kuala Lumpur by the evening for a big city experience - somewhat different to jungle living. Arrive in the evening and check in next to the Petronas Towers , at one time the tallest man-made structures in the world.

Day 14 (Wednesday 17 th August):
Visit the Petronas Towers and the large shopping centre underneath it. Last chance to get gifts for everyone back home. Discover Kuala Lumpur and prepare to leave the next day.

Day 15 (Thursday 18 th August):
